Terms of Use

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed with NMSK s.r.o, located at Lermontovova 3, 811 05 Bratislava ("Nos Meilleurs"), through our online store at www.nosmeilleurs.com.

2. Products

Customers are encouraged to review the essential characteristics of the products they intend to purchase before placing an order. For any questions regarding our products or their usage, please contact our specialist consultants at info@nosmeilleurs.com.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

3.1 All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT. Applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the customer before the order is finalized.

3.2 If promotional offers are associated with a minimum purchase amount, this amount is calculated solely based on the value of the goods, excluding shipping costs.

3.3 Nos Meilleurs accepts payments via credit card (Apple Pay, Visa, American Express, or Mastercard) and PayPal. Credit card payments are processed through our payment service provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd ("Stripe"). Stripe reserves the right to perform a credit check and may decline the credit card payment method if the result is unfavorable. For details on data processing when using this payment method, please refer to our privacy policy.

3.4 An electronic invoice will be issued for all orders, which customers can view and download from their customer account area.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

4.1 To place an order, select the desired quantity on the product page and click "Add to Cart." After selecting your products, click on "My Cart" to view your selected items. You can adjust quantities or remove products as needed. We may offer you up to two free samples at this stage. Proceed by clicking "Proceed to Checkout." You may log in with your existing NosMeilleurs.com account, create a new account, or continue as a guest. You will then be prompted to enter your delivery and/or billing address, choose a delivery method, and select a payment option. By clicking "Place Order," you complete the ordering process.

4.2 The product presentations in our online store do not constitute legally binding offers. By clicking the "Place Order" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart. An order confirmation will be sent via email immediately after your order is placed; however, this does not signify acceptance of your offer. The contract is concluded only upon explicit acceptance by Nos Meilleurs within five days. If we do not accept your offer within this period, you are no longer bound by it. Notwithstanding the above, the contract is concluded:

  • When paying with PayPal: At the time you confirm payment through PayPal.
  • When paying by credit card: At the time your credit card is charged.

5. Loyalty Program

5.1 Customers who create a customer account are automatically enrolled in the Nos Meilleurs Loyalty Program. Points are awarded for purchases and other qualifying activities, which can be redeemed for gifts. Your points balance can be viewed in your customer account.

5.2 When you place an order through our online store, you automatically earn loyalty points. Each product has a specific point value displayed on its product page. If you return a product, the corresponding loyalty points will be deducted. Points can be redeemed at a rate of 50 POINTS = €1, allowing you to obtain products free of charge after redeeming points, excluding shipping costs.

5.3 Upon registering for the Loyalty Program, you will receive a bonus of 100 loyalty points. Only one registration bonus is permitted per customer.

5.4 Earn an additional 50 loyalty points for each of our social media platforms you follow or subscribe to. Only one follow or subscription per platform is considered, and proof of follow or subscription is required.

5.5 Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Delivery

We deliver exclusively to the address specified by you during the ordering process unless an alternative delivery address has been expressly agreed upon. Deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse.

If your order includes multiple products, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries at no additional shipping cost to you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by any partial deliveries.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by emailing us at info@nosmeilleurs.com.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or goods that are clearly personalized. It also does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

8. Warranty for Defects

Should the goods supplied by Nos Meilleurs be defective, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 The laws of the Slovak Republic shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This choice of law does not affect the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the laws of the country where you habitually reside.

9.2 The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
