Once you're logged in or continue as a guest, you can choose your preferred shipping method and proceed to payment to finalize your order.

How long does delivery take?

We process and deliver orders from Monday to Friday. We do not process orders on weekends. Delivery times are typically 3–4 working days after your order has been processed.

Is express delivery available?

Currently, we do not offer express delivery services.

Our shipments are handled by DHL, GLS, or national postal services, depending on your location and the most efficient delivery method.

Will I receive a notification when my order ships?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from the carrier. This message will include your tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We offer global shipping to a wide selection of countries, though certain restrictions may apply. Please note that local customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to your order upon delivery.

Important: Expedited shipping timeframes begin once your package leaves our warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Returns and Refunds

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return a product within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund. You may then place a new order for the desired product.

What are the conditions for returning a product?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return unopened and undamaged products to us for a refund of the purchase price. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be refunded and will be returned to you. If your order included a promotional gift and you are returning the entire order, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, we cannot process the refund. Shipping costs applicable to your original order will also be refunded if you return the entire order.

Are returns free of charge?

No, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. You may choose any shipping service provider to return your items to us.

When will I receive my refund?

We are committed to processing your refund within 30 days of receiving your returned products.
